1. Use License

• Reports Access: Subscribing to “Distress Early Access” grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our reports for individual research or internal business use.
• Prohibitions: You may not redistribute, resell, relicense, or publicly display our gated reports, PDF documents, or data endpoints without express written permission from DistressSignal.

2. No Investment Advice Disclaimer

All content, signals, and scores provided by DistressSignal are outputs of mathematical machine learning models for educational and research purposes.

• We do not provide investment, restructuring, or legal advice.
• You acknowledge that trading distressed debt, equities, or credit instruments is highly risky and that you are solely responsible for any investment outcomes.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your subscription, please notify us immediately. Sharing premium accounts across multiple individuals is prohibited and may result in subscription termination.

4. Refund Policy

Subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid charges. Paid subscription renewals are processed monthly and are non-refundable, but you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.

5. Merchant of Record & Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
