Refund & Cancellation Policy

- You get a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time during those 7 days — you pay nothing.
- Once the trial ends and payment is taken, that charge is non-refundable.
- You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
1. Free Trial
All paid subscription plans (Early Access at $9.99/month and Custom Analysis at $15/month) include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. During this period:
- No payment is collected.
- You have full access to all features included in your selected plan.
- You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without incurring any charge.
At the end of the 7-day trial, your selected payment method will be automatically charged for the first monthly billing cycle unless you have cancelled.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Emailing sunmoon4cap@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription", or
- Managing your billing directly through the Paddle customer portal (link provided in your welcome email).
When you cancel:
- Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period.
- You retain full access to all paid features until the end of the period already paid for.
- No further charges will be made.
3. Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable once the free trial period has ended. This applies to all monthly charges, including the first payment taken at the end of the trial.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Exceptions
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- You were charged after cancelling during the trial period due to a technical error on our side.
- You were charged twice for the same billing cycle (duplicate charge).
To request an exception refund, email sunmoon4cap@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge, including your email address and the date of the transaction.
4. Custom Analysis Plan
The Custom Analysis plan ($15/month) includes all Early Access features plus on-demand company analysis requests. Please note:
- Custom analysis requests are processed within 48 hours of submission.
- Once a custom analysis has been delivered, that specific analysis is non-refundable regardless of whether you cancel your subscription.
- If a request cannot be fulfilled (e.g., the company is not covered by our model), you will be notified and that request will not count against your allowance.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
